How to i. get rid of the made by Xtemos copyright bit at the bottom of site. See photo

Have you checked the Copyrights section in the theme settings

head to wordpress admin | Theme Settings | Footer | Copyrights

or search copyright in the theme settings search bar

In order to get rid of it, navigate to Theme Settings -> Footer -> clear the “Copyrights text” area.
