    Hello, I have a website with Woodmart template –> http://www.imblasco.cl
    Im having trouble with the following;

    – Variable product button
    The option to choose a variant does not appear within the product sheet, which causes the problem that customers cannot see the price of the intermediate variant.

    – Account requests
    I am not receiving the email field in the email I receive with the request data, so I cannot link the request to the account awaiting approval.

    – Caché
    When entering a page without logging in, when logging in and returning to the same page the cache redirects me to the page without session

    Hello,

    1. Navigate to Theme Settings -> Shop -> turn off the “Login to see add to cart and prices” option and recheck the issue. https://prnt.sc/Mnabs0yf3qZn

    2. This functionality comes from WooCommerce so could you please check how it works on the default WooCommerce Storefront theme?

    3. Try to enable the cache for the logged-in users too. In general, this is something related to the cache plugin, our theme cannot affect such behavior.

    Hello Luke,

    I tried what you said but didnt work, the button doesnt appear.

    Referent to caché Im using w3 and have tried too disabling and enabling caché but didnt work either.

    Can you please help me with this?

    Changing subject, I also just discovered I have malware in my site… its redirecting people to other websites… how can I clean it?

    Hello Luke,

    Sorry for my absence, I’ve been extremely busy.

    Can you offer me your help? I’ll put my contact info and new admin access in private.

    I already fixed the caché problem but I need to solve the following;

    I have tried to set the variants as the documentation but with no possitive outcome.

    – Im still missing the button to choose variable products, clients can´t choose variant therefore can´t know the price of the intermediant variant.

    – How can I improve the search bar engine adjustments, I would like it to show the category of the search in first priority.

    – Applications for accounts are getting as username the email name which causes a problem as many clientes have the same email name “ventas(sales in spanish)@theirdomain.cl”. Can you please set up or help me how to that the RUT (ID number) set as the Account name?

    Hello,

    1. It looks like some plugins affect the variation buttons. May I disable 3rd party plugins for testing?

    2. Sorry, but there is no option available for that in Theme Settings. It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

    3. Those account settings and functionality come from WooCommerce, our theme cannot influence it, unfortunately. I suggest you contact the WooCommerce support team for further solutions.
