Woodmart widget shop filter disappeared

Hi support,
filters disappeared again (after upgrade I guess).
In widget area they are ok but I can’t see filter on shop archive / category.
Could you help me?

Try to go to WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools and regenerate product lookup tables. It should fix the problem.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
