trendodigitalParticipantHi,
I have a client who already uses Woodmart and we have purchased a license for the theme.
The website is already built with WP Bakery Builder and we would like to change to Elementor.
And import the Fashion Color prebuilt website with all Elementor widgets.I have tried the following:
– Removing the Woodmart theme and its child theme
– Uploaded it again
– Deactivated all theme related plugin
However, the theme setup wizard won’t show. Even if I manually type its URL at:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=xts_dashboard&tab=wizardThe “Prebuilt websites” menu is not shown at all. Even when I manually type its URL:
/wp-admin/admin.php?page=xts_prebuilt_websites
I got an error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”.Everything works fine on a dev website with a completely different domain.
Does this happen because it already uses WP Bakery Builder?
By the way, Elementor is also activated on the website.Any ideas on how to proceed?!

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. Leave enabled only 1 page builder plugin.
2. Navigate to Theme Settings -> White label and enable the “Prebuilt websites page” here – https://prnt.sc/smimO6IbY6sl
Then try to import content.

trendodigitalParticipantHi Luke,
Thank you for the clarification!
I just enabled the “Prebuilt websites page” option and the menu under the theme settings is now active.
I will leave Elementor as the only active page builder, and try to import the demo website in a few hours.Regards,

trendodigitalParticipantHi Luke,
I have left only Elementor as an active page builder.
Tried to start the import, but I got a message “The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.”.
Contacted the hosting provider support and they increased both max_input_time and max_execution_time to 1800 half an hour ago.
When you go to Theme Settings -> Tools -> Status you can see the increased value to 1800.
However, when starting the import it gets the same error message.
Already deactivated and activated the theme license purchase key, just in case. But it didn’t worked.
Any ideas on what to do?Regards,

trendodigitalParticipantHi Luke,
There was a PHP fatal error caused by the “Mailchimp for WooCommerce” plugin and it was causing the import to fail. Deactivating it solved the import issue.
