TerryParticipantHello there,
My site was optimized according to your “ultimate optimization guidance” and it had nice Google pagespeed score(78 mobile, 98 destop). It has Wordfence and cloudflare protection and according to Google analytics, monthly visitors less than 5k. It is not a busy site.Yesterday, my site has been limited to 20% of original server resource by A2 hosting, because that in the past 3 weeks, the website ran in 100% full usage of resources (CPU, 1GB RAM, 7MB I/O). See https://ibb.co/GRXp0Z1 3 weeks ago the site was hosted in bluehost and it was often down with 503 error.
Just several hours ago, under the limited server performance, and cloudflare attack mode enabled:
I disabled all plugins and use default wordpress theme, all resource usage are almost zero.
I diabled all plugins except Woordmart theme+woodmart core, the CPU is a bit high(30%) sometimes, other resource usage is quite low or zero.
I diabled all plugins except Woocommerce +default theme, the CPU is a bit high(50%) sometimes, other resource usage is quite low or zero.
I disabled all plugins except Woocommerce +Woodmart core+woodmart theme, CPU is 100%, RAM and IO usage soared (see https://ibb.co/MpQV1Cs) and the site randomly went down with 508 resource limit is reached.Actually this website is imtermittently slow with 503 error since it was migrated from Shopify to Woocommerce platform since March, Can you please check for me if there is any conflict between woodmart and woocommerce?
Thanks.

TerryParticipantI only leave woodmart theme and woodmart core enabled so that you can login our website without encountering any 5xx error.
See attached admin login account.
Thanks again.June 9, 2023 at 4:34 pm #473827
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
In general, our theme should not affect so load of the server. So could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not? In case, If you see the issue only with our theme, please provide access to the hosting panel so we can investigate it from there.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Kind Regards

TerryParticipantHello, thanks for reply.
I tested again after the full server performance was restored by hosting provider.
With all other plugins deactivated,
1. Woodmart + woocommerce, CPU usage around 15%
2. woodmart + woocommerce +ELEMENTOR, CPU usage 30%-100%, while there was very few visitors, it hit the CPU limit 25 times.
3. Woocommer store front theme + woocommerce, CPU usage around 10%Please refer to the resource usage chart attached or this link: https://ibb.co/0K74swx
You can access the cpanel and do the necessary check.
Thanks!

TerryParticipantOne more thing, in my first post, the “default theme” that I mentioned is already the wordpress default theme: Twenty Twenty-One.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Could you please send me access to the staging site where are no any visitors? Also, where exactly can we see CPU load in real time. We test with our theme and then with the default one to see the difference.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!
Kind Regards
