    Hi there,

woodmart layered nav is not showing up on my shop page. The issue is the same as this post here but I could not get it to work after trying what @crazysport168 did.

I have also tried clearing all my cache – backend, purging on admin and clearing browser.

    https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/question-for-woodmart-woocommerce-layered-nav/

    and also tried

WooCommerce -> Status -> Tools -> “Regenerate the product attributes lookup table” as @Joseph did

    https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/woodmart-layered-nav-widget-not-working/

and it still does not work

need some help thanks. it seems that only the size color and brand attributes are appearing (woocommerce) and all the woodmart-woocommerce-layered-nav does not.

    Hello,

Please navigate to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Advanced – > disable the “Enable table usage” option, then clear the cache and recheck the issue.

    Hello,

In this case, is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

Please provide access to the admin dashboard and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

Please enable the “Show tooltips” option for each filter that did not show: https://take.ms/QfhiN

After enabling it, some of your old filters are shown: https://take.ms/jdihp

Hi thanks for all the help now the woocommerce layered nav displayed in the shop page.
two more question, in order to get the same filtering that you show case in the demo
    https://woodmart.xtemos.com/mega-electronics/product-category/laptops-tablets-pcs/pcs/
do i need to setup all the attributes (cpu, gpu, model , etc) manually in woocommerce ?
and if i would like to create a woocommerce layered nav with different filter (e.g. WiFi Version ) how can i do this ?

p.s. where is the all the costume css that i have done to the site.. it seems gone..

    Hello,

Yep, create attributes manually via Product -> Attributes and then you can make different filters based on the attributes you created. So in the “Attribute” field set the attribute for which the filter will work: https://take.ms/BYrXb , thus you will have different filters. In your case, you need to create the “WiFi Version” attribute and define it in our filter so as a result you will have a separate filter for the “WiFi Version”.

Also, I didn’t do changes related to CSS. You can navigate to Theme Settings -> Backup and apply the previous Theme Settings configuration.

also for now unfortunately i am experiencing the same problem @joseph had when ever you change the slug of the woodmart woocommerce layered nav filter , it happens even when you just try to assign different attribute in that filter.. the product attributes lookup table for catalog filtering is disabled and cleared all cache… i will inform if this goes away…

    Hello,

    Great!

Regarding adding the “Wifi Version” filter, in order to make 50 different woocommerce layered nav filters, you need to have 50 different attributes in Product -> Attributes.

Here is an example of how to create a new filter with a new attribute:

    1. Go to Product -> Attribute and create the “Wifi Version” attribute: https://take.ms/lefI0

    2. Assign these attributes to some products: https://take.ms/jQ3vD

3.. Go to Appearance -> Widgets and create a new filter via our element: https://take.ms/zkcPB

So as a result, your own filter will be displayed.
