We have a problem with the categories menu. Here is what happens:
1- We have a menu categories menu named “Categories–FR”, that loose its sync with the default language menu “Categories–EN”, which contains 169 items. The sync is done through WPPML menu sync function.
->The result is that all the items of the FR menu disappear, even if WPML says that menu is synched. And the only way to get it back is to add an item to the EN menu, and then resync it.
That happened already 6 times, and I was never able to understand what trigger this bug.2- Some errors are displayed in the back-end:

(this is only displayed on the prod website, not on the staging, for a reason I ignore)3- Another strange symptom is that when you enter the menu, even if you just do nothing, WordPress opens a window asking: “Leave site ? Changes you made may not be saved.”, but no changes have been made.
You might tell me to see that with WPML, which would sound logical, but after I made a staging, I could see that changing the theme solve symptom N°3, which makes me thing that this has more to do with Woodmart than with WPML.
Thanks in advance to help me solve this problem, which has already taken me hours …

1. We can’t reproduce this issue on your website now. But even if you face it, this problem is related to WPML so you would better contact the plugin’s support for help.
2. The same for this message. It is generated by WPML.
3. This issue is related to our theme but it doesn’t affect anything at all. We will check how to fix this in our future updates.
