– A brief description of what happens right before the site becomes inaccessible (steps to reproduce)
– Any error messages you see on screen, plus screenshots
– PHP error log from your hosting and the WordPress debug log
– If possible, a screenshot or copy of any browser console errors when the issue occurs
Please also share temporary WordPress admin access (site URL, username, password) via the forum’s Private Content field so we can check the configuration.
In the meantime, please run a quick conflict test:
– Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Elementor and WoodMart Core (and WooCommerce if your store uses it), then test again.
– Let us know which specific plugin reactivation, if any, brings the issue back.
