These are not product categories. These are promo banners added in the HTML Block and HTML Block is added in the tabs widget in the home page, to edit this area, navigate to HTML Block > Edit tab for kids HTML Block > Edit promo banner and you can customize it: https://postimg.cc/CZfF00pW
