    But you have our theme activated at the moment. Could you please provide us your admin access so we can test how it should work with default WordPress theme?

    Sorry, but we activated the default WordPress theme and now the website is not loading. Could you please provide us your FTP access so we can fix this?

    We had to modify the file /wp-content/plugins/woo-events/js/plugin-script.js in the plugin to adapt it. It should work correctly now.
