WordPress database error Got a packet bigger than 'max_allowed_packet' bytes

I get This from error.log File.
hosted my site to cpanel and i don’t have root access to change max_allowed_packet value.

how can i resolved this.

P.S: the log file size after 7 days is 3GB.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Thanks For your response.

I changed the theme to default theme like “Twenty Nineteen” and “Twenty Seventeen” then no error_log file generate but when i changed to Woodmart theme after some time it started write error_log file. error_log file size with in 11/12 hours is 2.82GB. Can you please look in to it.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? Also, we need access to the log file to be able to check it also.

i disabled all other plugin and still nothing happen.

Try to replace our WoodMart layered nav widgets with standard filters by attribute widgets that come with WooCommerce in Appearance -> Widgets. Then check the problem again.
