WordPress Navigation Isn't Showing Categories I Created

I have installed Woodmart and am now in the process of removing the woodmart products/categories/ etc and adding our store information.

I have deleted the woodmart products and categories. I then added my own store categories. When I go to to Appearance > Menus and try to create a menu with categories, none of categories I’ve created appear. Only the woodmart ones – Furniture, Decoration, Design Trends.

I figured it out. My mistake. Was confusing blog post categories with product categories.
