wordpress not working, website content disappeared, godaddy hosting blames theme

I dont know where to start with this, I had a website ready to go live but now the wordpress doesnt work, the site has gone live but with no content, I cannot click on anything in the wordpress dashboard without getting an error, I cannot disable plugins, I cannot update wordpress, I have an error saying website not found. Godaddy have been working on it and it isnt a hosting issue, they believe it is the theme i am running. Please can you advise asap. I have attached some screen shots and log in details.

Please contact your host support to find out if the Security mode is ON, disable it.
If it does not help, rename the plugins folder and rename it back, and activate only those that are in Appearance > Install plugins.
