wordpress shop manager only edit text and images

Is there a plugin or a way that i can set that the shop manager can only edit the text and images? and that he can not edit the design.

Ore something that he can only edit text easy would also be good.

Try to search for something like user role plugin or relevant. We have not tested any plugins so we cannot guarantee the options you need are available.
