    Hi!
I’m wondering how can I work with 2 themes installed in WordPress. I’m redesigning my website with Woodmart theme, but currently there’s another one installed. The workaround I found was to install “Multiple Themes” plugin, is working, but as I try to edit Woodmart settings is throwing me to a page that says: “You don’t have permission to access this page”, and I have an Administrator Role. Can you help me, please?

    Hello,

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

I would recommend you arrange a staging site and install a new WordPress installation.

Install the theme and upload the demo (if you want a demo) then, create the header in the Header builder: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/

Then create the footer and all the widgets area. As soon as you finish the site configuration, delete all the demos, and import-export the content from your live site.

Finally, you can add the other plugins from the live site one by one by checking the site. Then as soon as the site is ready you can move it to the live site.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

    Best Regards

    Hi.
I need to work with live products, so for me to set a staging site is not convenient. Is there another way?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

When you enable WoodMart you will need to configure the theme and your live site would not look nice during this period.

You can enable the theme on the live site.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Best Regards
