Would like “Add To Quote”

Client is not selling a product but the user can “Add To Quote” and the quote will be sent to client.
So it will work similar with the cart but the user does not purchase the product.
There are many plugins that can do this but would you have a suggestion which is the best one to use?

Sorry to say but we haven’t tested out any third party Plugin yet in this regard. So, we can’t do much about that. One of our older Customers was using the following one “YITH WooCommerce Request a Quote” https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-request-a-quote/. So, you can try that, may be that works out for you.
Although, if you don’t want on your Site for the Products to be able to purchase, then you can enable the Catalog mode. For that you can go to Dashboard > Theme Settings > Shop > there scroll down a bit where you can find the Catalog mode > enable it.
