WP Admin Bar has disappeared

Just purchased and installed Woodmart and have started completing our theme updates/settings and adding pages. However the WP Admin Bar no longer appears when I visit our site or a specific page. Only way to return to the WP Dashboard is to use the past history/Back option. Any suggestions on how to fix the problem and restore the WP Admin Bar on the top of the page?

We had our hosting provider delete a temporary website and reinstalled everything on our new production site. This took care of the WP Admin Bar issue but we now have a new problem.
We cannot update the site/theme with the “Customize” visual editor. Whenever I try to update thru the visual editor the page reloads with a message that a problem was encountered and the changes are not saved. Attached are the two error messages that keep appearing. Any theme updates that I make using the Dashboard are saved and I don’t encounter any errors. I’ve tried deactivating plug-ins that were not related to the theme but that did not make a difference.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Mark

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it? The password you sent previously is not working.
