wp-admin/options.php 404 Not Found

If I try to modify anything in the theme settings, it redirects me to the wp-admin/options.php page, where I get a 404 error.
The site is a completely new installation.

You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase max_input_vars parameter to 10000, then clear the cache and check how it works.

The server has these settings, 10000 max input vars i attached the pic.

Try to disable mod_security on your server. It seems to block our “save” requests. Contact your hosting provider for help.
