WP Bakery and Elementor plugin not working at Godaddy delux hosting server

Hi,
We purchased our hosting server from Godaddy – package name – Delux . We installed your theme with WP Bakery and Elementor both plugin differently . when we try to edit with these any of the plugin , it’s not working. showing not found page.

Please check and solve this issue . Thanks.
Note: We installed both plugin separately not together .

Now I have visited your site and edited the page with WP Bakery and it is editing fine.
