Hello,

Please tell me when will be possible to update the wp bakery builder? There is no update available in appearance > install plugins.

Please for an answer and help how to update it.

Hello,

You can update it via Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Plugins. If you don’t see the update available there, send us your admin access so we can check.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there.

Cannot disable all plugins on live e-commerce site.

Try to uninstall the plugin completely and install it from scratch via Appearance -> Install plugins.
