WP Bakery doesn't save changes

WP Bakery doesn’t work anymore. Can you help? I’ve tried to deactivate all plugin but it doesn’t work.

Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

Wp bakery is not working. When I try to save a change it can’t be saved. So the issue is related to WP Bakery.

I test the WP bakery page builder on the 360 degrees page, I added a text element and I see it:

The problem is showing up when I try to edit an existing draft.

When I try to edit the image the button “Save changes” doesn’t work.

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

So, I have to temporarily change the theme and verify if WPBakery works with another theme? You can confirm this?

Also, I did some tests and found out that button elements and product elements seems to be working in WpBakery editor, while image and text elements are broken.

Yes, our theme does not influence the issue. You need to search among the plugins.

As soon as you switch to any theme you will have the same problem.

Then activate the plugins one by one detecting which one causes the problem.
