WP Bakery frontend editor gives a white screen

Hello, I am having problems on my site. I am working with the WPBakery builder that came with the Woodmart theme.
Therefore, I am rebuilding in the site on a test domain. For this, I bought another new license from Woodmart. Everything installed. But the moment I want to edit something (page or product) and click on Frontend editor I only get a white screen. What can be the solution for this?

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
WPBakery page builder

Have you tried creating or opening a page (or product) and then using the front end builder? Because that really doesn’t work for me….
