Wp-Bakery frontend editor not available

To whom it may concern,
After installing the Woodmart theme, we encountered problems using the wp bakery page builder editor. Due to lack of permissions, it will not allow us to access the frontend section to edit pages. We are attaching a screenshot of what appears on the screen with the relative error.
We specify that the related problem seems restricted to the frontend part of the editor only and not to the backend part.
Can you check this?

Please disable all plugins that are not related to the theme and provide your admin access to the private area so I can check what is wrong there.
