Why my WP bakery Page Builder is not updating. It showing an error

WP Bakery page builder has been updated. As for the theme http://prntscr.com/lq5ecw you need to delete both themes and switch to a default one. You may lose the widget configuration.

Or confirm the permit for us to do that. And we shall update the theme

FTP access means admin access?

I have updated the theme to the latest version. However, I see two folders of the theme http://prntscr.com/lqftie

In order to delete I need FTP. You can delete it on your own.

1. Switch to the default theme

2. Delete one Woodmart folder

3. Activate the theme
