I have placed the ‘separator’ element in a HTML block I have created that I am using in mega menu…For some reason it doesn’t appear in front end.

    Hello,

In general, the “Separator” element is related to WPBackery so could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Kind Regards

In storefront theme the separator is indeed displaying normally.

Seems issue is something in Woodmart.

    Hello,

Ok. Please navigate to WoodMart -> WPBackery CSS generator -> enable the basic elements such as “Separator” and “Zigzag separator”, clear the cache and recheck the issue.
