WP Bakery Template Not Working

Hi there,

When I got a blank page you have the option to use a template from WPBakery Page Builder

When I click on the blue button “Add Template” I come in the WoodMart templates library But when I click on the “+” (plus) button on a template this template never shows up on the page.

Also, how do you edit the page to make anchor text or link within the same page.
