WP-Cron not working properly for 3 onlineshops

So unfortunately I have some major issues with the WordPress-Cronjobs.
This is the problematic Hook:
delete_version_transients

sorry for my late response.
Added to this response you will find the problematic cronjob which is filling our database.
It is all about this option: delete_version_transients
After investigation we still could not fix the issue. Right now we have 2458 events which are manually deleted in our database to prevent an overflow.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

There are our three shops mentioned which all have the same issue.
As soon as the other issue is fixed I can try some other themes.

Right now there are 10754 events which are not successfully done (delete_version_transients)
I removed all conjobs and out of the box we have 7 events.
I will now try it with another theme.
