WP Dashboard error

I can not login into dashboard. Sometimes, I am getting this message “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” Sometimes after login, I redirect to home page.

How can login to my dashboard?

What was your action causing to this? Could you enter your site earlier?

Can you enter the admin panel of your site? If, yes, please check the issue on one of the default themes to understand where our theme causes the problem.

If you cannot enter admin panel at all, reinstall the theme.

If nothing helps, please provide your site admin access

Yes, I could enter earlier. I didn’t change anything before it happened. how to reinstall theme if I can not log in into the dashboard?

Please delete the theme via FTP. If it does not help, it means that problem is not caused by our theme. It after deleting the theme you can enter the site, please provide your site admin access we shall help you install the theme.
