wp-members error problem

After installing the wp-members plugin, I installed one text extension field.
However, when I go into my account information, an error message like the picture appears.
I am using the Marketplace theme.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme’s issue or not?
