I have installed wp rocket.
And i have a problem of display with the js or css.

Alex from WP Rocket here. Thanks for contacting the support.
Upon checking the site I was able to replicate the issue with the menus.
In most cases, this kind of issue is caused by one of the additional options in WP Rocket (LazyLoad, Minification,etc).
In order to identify the cause and resolve the issue, proceed as follows:
On the Media tab, uncheck LazyLoad
On the File Optimization tab, uncheck all options.
Then test the site again in a private/incognito browser window where you’re not logged in as a WordPress user.
If the problem has disappeared, you can turn those additional options back on, one by one, checking the site each time in order to determine which option is causing the issue.
