WP Rocket + WoodMart Delay Javacript Execution Scroll Bug

Hi there,
We’re experiencing a bug when the wp rocket function “delay javascript execution” is enabled (despite set up correctly according to your guide). The bug occurs mostly on our product archive pages when a user scrolls below the first viewport before the h1 heading loads, and then the user scrolls back up, the h1 heading disappears (see video).
Do you have any workaround or additional exclusions to add into wp rocket to fix this? Thanks.
