WpB problems with HTML_BLOCKS

    Hello,

    I just installed the WoodMart theme and I am not able to have wpbakery into HTML BLOCKS type post and I dont know how to manage this to active them.

    as you can see here, there are wpb settings: https://prnt.sc/t25fyb
    but as you can see here, I have no wpb active: https://prnt.sc/t25gcz

    Navigate to WP Bakery Page builder > Role Manager http://prntscr.com/lqfzji

    Enable WP Bakery Page builder for cms bolock http://prntscr.com/lx3o2t

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, and provide the site admin access to the private area as I cannot log in. https://prnt.sc/t2ybwe

    We have checked the WP bakery with the default theme and see the same proboem. It means that our theme does not cause the problem. Please disable these plugins and check the issue: https://prnt.sc/t38ua2

    What do you mean ?
    I am not able to disable those plugins as I use WpEngine for staging website.
    There is other way to do this ?

    Hello,

    The problem is caused by some kind of other plugins or soft. WP bakery page builder works correctly with our theme and plugins related to the theme.

    Please deactivate them and test them activate again.

    Hello,
    I succeed. It was because of a plugin for user roles.
    Even the plugin was disabled. my user was created on other rules.

    Now works.
