WPBakery 6.4.1 not updating automatically from Plugins section.

    Hello,

    How do I import the update of WPBakery and any other into the WOODMART template? I can not download directly to the “Plugins” area because I am getting an error everytime I try to update it.

    “Update failed: Update package not available.”

    Will be great to show me the step-by-step of doing that.

    Hello,

    We always provide you with the latest updates in Appearance > Install plugins.

    If you have any problems (these problems are often caused by the host security or size max size limitations) you can upload the recent version of the plugins from this forum profile and install via Dashboard > Plugins or FTP.

    1. Make the full backup of your site.

    2. Deactivate and delete the current version.

    3. Upload the new version from your portfolio on this forum.

    4. Upload and install.

    If you have any difficulties, please provide your admin access to the private area.

    -> Deactivate what? The template? The plugin? Please be more precise.

    3. Upload the new version from your portfolio on this forum.
    -> Where is my portfolio on this forum? The new version of the plugin or the template?

    4. Upload and install.

    I see in my profile area here at the forum it shows me the two plugins:

    – WPBakery
    – Slider Revolution

    I downloaded the WPBakery zipfile. How can I update it in WordPress? You say on the FTP but I need a guide in how to update it because I neved did that before. Is not only “at the FTP area”.

    Hello,

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Make the full backup of your site.

    2. Deactivate and delete the current plugin version.

    3. Upload the new version in Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload > Install > Activate.

    If you have any problems, make the full backup of your site and give me access I will update.
