WPBAKERY – Bug

Dear,

Since the last release, I’m starting to hate so much this garbage WPBakery editor. It’s making everyday errors on my site and this is never ending! It’s impossible to work properly with a tool that keeps making bugs!

I have checked on Storefront if the issue still appeared and it’s still there. As you’re providing this WPBakery, I expect you to still try to find me a solution. I CANNOT WORK like this, it’s impossible to work with this garbage plugin making errors all the time on my site.

Also, I want you to forward my bug to WPBakery support because I have no license on their site. You must forward it and ask them to fix this asap !!! + YOU shall provide me workaround!!!

The issues reported in the 2 tickets are different.

This ticket here details a bug from WPBakery itself. When you go in the provided page in private, you’ll see that the editor shows a column that isn’t located in the right place. The column should be located in the right side of the screen, but in fact it’s located much further outside of the screen. This happens both in the backend and frontend editor views.

As you’re the provider of this plugin with the theme, I expect you to (1) forward this point to the WPBakery support team for urgent fix and (2) to provide me a workaround to fix this issue in the meantime because I am completely BLOCKED from working. You cannot accept situations where your users are blocked.

I’ve created a staging (link provided in private) where you’ll see the issue occuring altough :

– Cloudflare in DEV mode
– All plugins disabled
– All customizations disabled
– Theme switched to Storefront
