WPBakery edit doesnt show editing

hey guys, just purchase my woodmart template and got the envato team to install it, logged into it and tried to press wpbakery edit for the first time and it doesnt move off the edit page, not a good first time experience, i have message the person who set it up but seeing if this is a known issue

sure thing, i have got the envato guys to change it over to Elementor and it is still has the loading screen issue aswell, this doesnt happen to my other website on my the same web server with go daddy
