WPBakery elements visible on backend and frontend editor but not on live site.

Hi there,
I have a couple of pages which are not displaying properly on the live site. They appear to be fine when editing using WPBakery but when you view the page live some elements are missing and the ones that remain visible tend to cover other elements in the page such as the footer.
I have attached what the page looks like on the front end editor and what it looks like on the live site.

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :).

I saw the screenshots you attached.

Please try recreating the page and add elements to it according to your needs then clear cache and check back.

If the problem still continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and tell me to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Hi there,

I found that the issue lies with the SVG icons I was using in the info boxes. I have converted them to png and now the elements/rows display properly. Not sure what the issue was there. It may be worth you checking to avoid issue in the future?

Actually the svg icons in the infoboxes should work. It seems that file_get_contents function for URLs is disabled on your server. That’s why the svg icons were not displaying.

You need to contact your provider and ask to enable this option if you want to use svg icons.

If the problem still continues after enabling the option then provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
