I’m getting real headache with WPBakery these days with errors. How can I get rid of this error please?? See private

Would it be linked to the new CSS generator for WPBakery??

Go in the provided page, duplicate the grid product that is on the right side, then change something inside like for example the products name & save.

You’ll see errors appearing in the console from WP Bakery and the grid product will disappear.

Ok I found where the problem is. I’ve installed the plugin “Site health” that creates a troubleshooting mode where all plugins are disabled.

I’ve kept only the theme. If you check this page below with the debug mode on, then the widget “products grid” from the theme is having problems.

Try to duplicate the existing widget and enter the product “garniture de sécurité” and the widget will disappear from the screen.

The error from your first message is caused by CSS generator and will be fixed in the next update. Please, write what other error do you have now. Provide us an instruction how to reproduce it.

It’s also impossible to open the “Custom CSS” from the WPBakery editor (front & backend !). Too many problems !!!!! What’s going on with all those errors ????

I already tried to completely disable, uninstall and then re-install WPBakery, but it’s still making those bugs! Are you really sure that your new WPBakery CSS Generator is working well?? I’ve never had those kind of errors in the past!

And I also already tried to generate a new CSS file from the CSS Generator, but still no difference.

Sorry, but there is no hotfix for this trouble. Just disable WPBakery CSS generator while editing your pages.

And you did not answer my point where I said that the “Custom CSS” button is not working in the front/back end of WPBakery!

You just throw me an answer saying that I have to wait next month, but I can’t wait !! I need to work

For both, I need URGENT fix, you can’t leave me like this without being able to work. It’s unacceptable. Especially that I can’t even apply custom code in my page.

It’s totally impossible to test this issue with another theme because I’m using theme widgets in the page !!!!! Please investigate this problem and fix it once and for all.

And do NOT ask me again to test with all plugins disabled! I already did earlier in this thread and the issue still appeared, that’s why you then asked me to check with another theme. So you fix this !! I’m getting pissed that this issue remains still unsolved.

Just for the sake of testing, to prove you that I’m not making lies, I retested again with ALL plugins disabled. Check this new video below. I did it in Troubleshoot mode on my live site.

Please treat this ticket in URGENT lane. This is too important! I JUST CANNOT WORK !!!!!!

In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

The issues reported in the 2 tickets are different.

This ticket here details some error happening in the F12 console. After creating a staging environment, I saw that all the errors disappeared so it means that the errors were caused by other plugins. However, the core of my problem is still happening. The initial reason why I reported those errors keeps occuring because of a theme bug.

When I duplicate the Woodmart Widget and I try to add the product “Garniture de sécurité Clenche-Clenche avec protection du cylindre”, the widget simply becomes totally empty. It’s impossible to use this product with the widget and it’s not normal. This is totally blocking me from working because I need this product there, and nothing else.

I’ve created a staging (link provided in private) where you’ll see the issue occuring altough :

– Cloudflare in DEV mode
– All plugins disabled
– All customizations disabled
– Theme switched to Woodmart Parent

We checked and see that these products are not published yet and that is why they are not visible on frontend https://gyazo.com/66fe94a50bb23f1e8729b8f01bae5b96
You still can select them in the widget since you can set some schedule for their publishing date and display in the future.
