WPbakery front end wont load

Hi Guys,
As above for some reason the front end editor of wpbakery isnt loading on my site. It wont load the homepage or the firespage.
Can you please advise what I can do here.

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :).
I saw the screenshot you attached.
Please deactivate all the third-party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.
If the problem still continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

Thanks for your reply mate,
I have tried to update wpbakery but it is giving me this issue although the theme is validated.
Can i provide you with the wp logins to have a look please?

Hello,
You can download the latest version of the Wp bakery plugin from your forum profile.
Then you can delete the old version and install the latest version on your website. If the issue still continues after updating the plugin then deactivate all the third-party plugins and tell me with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
