HadmjParticipantHello xtemos team,
I updated woocommerce today to 4.7 and now I can’t edit any of my pages with WPbakery front end editor but the backend is working fine I can also edit HTML blocks. So what I have done is that I disabled all the plugins and nothing worked the only way for it to work is to
1- disable woocommerce
2- rollback to older version 4.6.2
so should I roll back or is there an update for WPbakery as well or is there any other solution?also not related to the topic above I found this error in my woocommerce log can you explain it please or is there a fix to it?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.
If you see the same, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Best Regards

HadmjParticipantThank you for the reply Elise just tried but the issue still exist on storefront and TwentyTwenty, I think its WPbakery – woocommerce compatibility problem, but I asked here because I wanted to know if there is any new update for WPbakery.

nefilimanParticipantWPbakery hasn’t released a new update this woocomerce dealing with the problem. the problem is only the homepage, no problem on other pages. I’m checking too, I’m waiting for an answer if you find a solution.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please provide your site admin access to the private area and confirm the permission to switch to the parent theme and deactivate the plugins.
WP bakery page builder is compatible with Wocoommerce on all the themes they are used. I have never heard about problems with incompatibility. There should be another reason.
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
We have tested on your site and on our site and we see that this is the conflict between Woocommerce and WP bakery page builder. We cannot fix that, you will have to wait till WP bakery team would fix that. I am sure it will be very soon.
Best Regards
