When visitors come to the site via non-cached links (like links with tracking UTMs) the small traffic overloads the CPU resulting in errors. We spent 2 weeks figuring out what could it be and where the issue was coming from. Almost moved the site to a different server, BUT through load testing, we’ve determined that it’s a WpBakery plugin. The site loads fine under the load testing tool with WpBakery off. This issue had started only recently, around 2 weeks ago.
Everything is updated on the site, including the theme.
When WPBakery is disabled, your website becomes empty. So if you see a difference in performance with WPBakery off, it doesn’t necessarily mean that WPBakery is causing the issue. The plugin is essential for the proper functioning of your site, and its absence results in an incomplete site, which might explain the observed differences.
