i have bought the theme today and iam trying to create new pages with the wpbakery page builder

how ever i cant find these elements

ajax product tabs
360 degree view
product category
product filter
timeline
how i can get them

Yes, that is right. I need login and password and login URL, if you do not want to provide follow the steps:

1. Make sure you have installed and enabled all the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins. Do not activate Elementor as your site is on WP bakery page builder.

If it does not help, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

Now I see, you used Elementor before.

It is not possible to convert an existing site that is built on WP bakery page builder into Elementor and vice versa. In order to have a site basing on the WP Bakery builder, it is necessary to replicate the site from scratch on a new WordPress installation with the Elementor plugin.

Now you can switch to the Elementor and find all the elements among Elementor widget.
