"WPBakery Page Builder" and "Slider Revolution" Plugins

Please help me when I bought the “WoodMart” theme with it there were two plugins called “WPBakery Page Builder” and “Slider Revolution”. After installation, they request activation, as shown in the screenshot below. If these are premium plugins that come with the theme, then why do they request activation? And if these are not premium plugins, then why do they come with the theme, because they are accessible from the WordPress panel for any user? This question is not clear to me.

WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution slider come bundled with our theme but they can’t be activated with our purchase code. Actually, you don’t need to do this. Only in case you want to get free premium support from its author, you can purchase it from Codecanyon. But it is not necessary since we will always provide you with the latest updates.

Yes, you can always download the updated versions as soon as they are released. In order to update quickly and easily, navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins.

You do not have the Install plugins tab because all your plugins are updated and active. As soon as there is a new release, this tab will appear and you will get the notification in Dashboard > updates.

The plugin “WPBAKERY PAGE BUILDER” may indeed have the latest version installed and it does not require an update, but the plugin “SLIDER REVOLUTION” informs me that a new version of the plugin is available (in the screenshot), but I don’t know how to update it.

Check your profile on this forum, you will find Slider Revolution download option, download the recent version and upload in Dashboard > Plugins. You need to deactivate and remove the current version before uploading the recent.
