wpbakery page builder column settings

I want to create a response column from the wpbakery page builder. But I am not quite sure about this colum setting. Can you teach me how to set 1 row and 4 columns on a desktop and 2 rows and 2 columns on a mobile device?

These settings allow to hide and show columns on different width as well as offset the columns
