WPBakery Page Builder is not responding to the changes we make

WPBakery Page Builder is not responding to the changes we make when we try to edit Layouts for our single product page.

When we try to add a background rimg the pop-up for image upload doesn’t show up, when try to add any margin – padding- border to an elemnt it doesn’t apply our changes, when we try to adjust the row size it doesn’t apply or save our changes.
Simplt WPBakery Page Builder is not working as expected.
We disabled all the plugins but the issue still exist

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

Now I see 51 plugins active. Did you check the WP bakery page builder when you deactivated the plugin? Please check the builder without other plugins.

We deactivated all the plugins and it was not working, we did even create a small site with the theme and Woocomerce and WP Bakery on https://coveti.com/test/wp-admin/ and the issue still exist

Please try to delete and upload WP bakery plugin again. You would better make the full backup of your site.
