WPBakery Page Builder no longer showing for Editors in backoffice

Hello,
on our website we use WP Backery (Visual Composer) as editor but suddenly (maybe after an upgrade?) the editor no longer appoears in the back office to be used for user such as Editors that are not Administrators.

The strange thing is that for Posts and Pages, the frontend editor (“Edit with WPBakery Page Builder”) works as expeceted and the Editors can at least modify some content but that’s not how our Editor is accostumed to and she prefere the backend Composer.

The Editor does not see WPBakery at all when editing a page. She can’t even find in the sreen options to activate.

I managed the WPBakery Page Builder Settings > Role Manager in order to enable VC for Editors and for Posts, Page (and woodmart_slide also). Enabled Backend editor and default, and Unfiltered HTML as well.

Updated WPBakery at the last version (6.5.0).
I understand that this seems to be more conncted to jscomposre than Woodmart theme but this started to happen only recenlty, before it worked perfeclty.

Most likely one of your other plugins influences the issue.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated, please provide your site admin access to the private area.
