WPBakery Page Builder Not Loading

Hi,

WPBakery Page Builder is not loading from either backend or front-end, the page keeps loading infinitely. We are not able to edit anything. Could you please help us resolve this problem?

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme so we can check it?

Hi,

It was the theme, and not the plugin. Even the parent theme was having the problem. The problem went away when we switched to the default theme.

As you described in the post https://xtemos.com/forums/topic/wp-bakery-keeps-on-loading/#post-608166 we had to add the following in our .htaccess file.

<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>

It seems to be working now.
