WPBakery Page Builder Not Working

Dear Support Team,
I have purchased WoodMart Theme Recently and trying to edit the website using WPBakery Page Builder without no success. Every time I press the update button, the page freezes and no update is done.
Appreciate your kind support on this issue.
Please note that I only installed the WoodMart Plugins and there are no other plugins can cause any conflict.
