WPBakery Plugin not being update

Hello, my site has been put down by the hosting company, they are demanding an update to the JScomposer (WP bakery). Otherwise the site will remain offline, I cannot update the plugin as it shows the error whenever I try to do so. The following error shown:

Return to Required Plugins Installer

Please upload the recent version to your account of this forum.
Then upload the plugin in the Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload.
