Unfortunately, we don’t have such a link, we only keep the latest version of the plugin and there is no version control system in WPBakery plugin’s developers.

In the future, please make sure to always archive previous versions of WPBakery. As a professional theme, you should keep files for a certain amount of time before deleting them. They dont take any space at all. You can say we just keep in a folder the latest 3 versions only at least. It’s necessary to see if any bug is due to the latest version of the plugin.
