I have disabled all non essentials plugins.

We have tested the site for all the AJAX queries on https://praayog.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php and we get 404 error both for our theme quires and for WordPress queries. We have tested with a default theme and see the same. http://prntscr.com/v0chbc
Please contact the host support the problem may be caused by the host or by WordPress.

The file is missing on my server. Is this any security issue?
This file is required for WordPress to work and it doesn’t have any security issues.
